Let’s build a world where everyone can be themselves

About us

DEI Emic Lab Foundation is a non-governmental organisation whose aim is to promote education on broadly understood diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI). Our goal is to improve knowledge, understanding, and acceptance of the principles of diversity, equity & inclusion amid Polish society, as represented by educational institutions, agencies, organisations and businesses where we implement our projects.

Our activities are underpinned by multiple years of experience in building effective cooperation within diverse teams, including multicultural teams of businesses that operate on the Polish and international markets, as well as the legal framework for DEI.

Our mission

Our mission is to increase understanding and acceptance of diversity, equity & inclusion among the public in Poland (in institutions, schools, organisations).

Our vision centers on the widespread acceptance of diversity within the society at large (institutions, organisations, educational establishments) and on social relations based on mutual respect.

Our objectives

Our formal objective is to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion through education, social campaigns, and consulting support.
